We accept returns within 14 days of receipt of your order for the following reasons:
Damaged or defective product;
Wrong item received;
Unwanted item, returned unopened, in original condition.
MASKS: We ONLY accept returns on masks that were sent incorrectly or are damaged upon receipt. Due to health and safety considerations, we DO NOT accept returns of masks for any other reason. Some customers buy masks, use them for an event, and then want to return them. This creates a health risk for others, and we do not accept returns of masks that have been worn. We are not a mask rental company.
We will pay for return shipping for damaged, defective or incorrect items.
For returns of unwanted items, the buyer must pay for return shipping.
Unwanted items that are returned unopened are eligible for a full refund. Opened items are subject to a 20% Restocking Fee being deducted from the refund.
Refunds are made through PayPal upon receipt of the item.
